Wholesale buying FAQ

Straight answers for wholesale and private-label buyers

MOQ, samples, lead times, customisation, sizing, shipping and payment: how each is decided, and what we will not promise in advance.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is set per style in the written quotation. It depends on the fabric or material minimum, the number of colours, whether prints or custom trims are involved, and packaging. Tell us your target quantity per style and colour; we look for ways to meet it, for example by sharing a fabric across colours or starting with fewer sizes. We do not publish a standard MOQ because it would not be true for every style.

Can I order samples?

Yes. Samples are how we confirm fit, material and finish before bulk. The sample cost, how it is paid and the expected timing are confirmed before sampling starts. Whether sample cost is credited against a bulk order is agreed case by case.

How long does production take?

Lead time is quoted per order after the sample is approved, because it depends on materials, quantity and the factory schedule. It is written into the quotation, not estimated in advance.

What customisation is possible?

Labels, hangtags, colours, prints from artwork you own, size adjustments and packaging. See the private-label page for details. We do not reproduce third-party brands or designs.

How are sizes defined?

By measurements. Each style gets a size chart with finished measurements confirmed on the approved sample. Our fit guide explains how to measure dogs and paws.

How does shipping work?

Trade terms, for example who arranges freight and where responsibility transfers, are stated in the quotation. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your country are normally the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

How is payment handled?

Payment terms are set out in the quotation or proforma invoice for your order. This website does not take payments and does not ask for payment details.

Do your products have certifications or test reports?

We do not claim certifications for any product on this site. If your market requires specific testing, include it in your brief and we can discuss arranging third-party testing on the confirmed specification.

Are the products on this site available as stock?

The collection is developed to order for wholesale and private label, rather than sold from a consumer stock cart. Tell us the styles and quantities you need; we confirm the specification, sampling and order terms for your range.

Can you ship single items to my customers?

Not through this website. We focus on wholesale and private-label orders. Ask in your brief if you need a different arrangement.
